Our Semi-Private Training model blends the personalization of one-on-one coaching with the motivation and affordability of small group sessions. Each participant follows a custom program built around their individual goals, mobility needs, and experience level, while sharing the training floor with up to three others.
Semi-Private Training offers structure, accountability, and expert coaching—without the cost of private sessions. Every client receives access to my training app, TrainHeroic, to track progress and stay consistent between sessions.
Sessions are 60 minutes and capped at four people to ensure high-quality coaching and individualized attention. I focus on foundational movement patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull—and teach proper technique with progressive loading so you build strength for life, not just for the gym.
This model is ideal for those who want expert guidance, a consistent training schedule, and a supportive atmosphere without feeling lost in a large group class.

The Best of Both Worlds: In-Person Coaching + Online Support.
Hybrid Training is perfect for clients who want the structure and accountability of in-person sessions and the flexibility of a professionally guided training plan to follow on their own.
You’ll work with me face-to-face each week in semi-private training, where we can focus on technique, movement quality, and real-time coaching. Outside of those sessions, you’ll follow a customized training program delivered through the TrainHeroic app—allowing you to stay on track between visits, whether you’re at home, traveling, or training at a commercial gym.
Hybrid Training includes:
Weekly in-person coaching sessions
Access to the TrainHeroic app for ongoing programming and progress tracking
Direct messaging for questions, adjustments, and feedback
A program that reflects what we do together in the gym and what you need on your own
This option is ideal for clients who are serious about progress but can’t commit to training in-person multiple times a week—or who simply want to maximize their results with smart, guided training every step of the way.

50+ Group Fitness classes are a strength-based group program built specifically for older adults who want to stay active, independent, and strong as they age. Each session includes up to six participants completing the same workout, with exercise variations provided to match your individual ability, mobility, and experience level.
We focus on foundational movements like squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls to improve balance, bone density, posture, and overall function—helping you move better and feel more confident in daily life.
Sessions run twice per week and are booked monthly, creating consistency and momentum without overwhelming your schedule. You'll receive hands-on coaching and personalized attention in a supportive, small-group environment—no apps, no complicated tech, just focused training that works.
If you're 50 or older and want to build strength in a safe, sustainable way, this program is for you.

Remote Online Training is ideal for busy adults who want expert guidance, a proven plan, and the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere. Whether you're training at home or in a gym, you'll follow a professionally designed program built around real-world goals like building strength, improving mobility, and staying consistent.
Programs are delivered through the TrainHeroic app, where you’ll get:
